Thursday 26th November the first BESTMIX User meeting for the Benelux was held in Vught (the Netherlands). We were happy to welcome 20 BESTMIX users from a variety of industries and user types.
During an informal lunch, preceding the actual user meeting, attendants had the opportunity to meet and get to know eachother. After an introduction by our CEO, Adam Sneep, the agenda for the day was presented by Lenny Dauw, Senior BESTMIX Consultant. All attendants had the opportunity to present themselves and to suggest the topics they would like to discuss during the afternoon. The following topics arose:
- Freshdesk
- User roles/Authorisation
- Multiblend
- User Experience
- Performance
- (Central) Ration calculation
- Labels
- FaaS (Formulation as a Service)
- Reporting / Export to Excel
- Mixing
- International signs
For the first session we split the attendants up into several small groups to discuss Multiblend, User roles, Labels and Reporting. Users had the opportunity to share experiences and pose questions. Where needed, Adifo personnel was on hand to assist and clarify things within BESTMIX. These sessions were so succesfull we had to interrupt them to allow us to get through the different topics on the agenda as well.
After a well-earned break Lenny Dauw gave a short presentation on the Adifo Customer Portal. This portal allows users to contact our helpdesk and consultants. We have also created a knowledge base with technical and functional documentation, best practices, tips and advice and even development examples to improve the BESTMIX solutions. This portal can also be used to get an overview of the different sessions (Dutch).
After this short presentations we went on to the second series of sessions where we discussed rations and user experience. Again we got an overwhelming respons and lots of interesting feedback.
Afterwards attendants had the opportunity to network during a drink in the Pianobar before heading home.
We'd like to thank all attendants for their input during this first BESTMIX User meeting. We'd love to see all of you again at the next edition in the first half of 2016.
