Last June 29th, Mole Valley Forage Services LTD (UK) went live with Adifo’s MILAS ERP software, powered by Microsoft Dynamics AX.
Mole Valley Farmers was able to start using MILAS® AX after an implementation period of just 6 months. According to Barna Ugróczky, project manager at Adifo, this success can be brought down to 3 reasons.
- We used the standard Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step project methodology to implement MILAS®, ensuring planning and preparation were optimized. This way, we took the best route to match the targets put forward by Mole Valley Farmers.
- Our experience in the agricultural sector and the good relationship with Mole Valley Farmers kept us safe from the most frequently occurring ERP implementation problem, being the misunderstanding between implementer and customer.
- Mole Valley Farmers committed some of its strongest resources to the project, eliminating the usual lag between the implementer’s questions and the customer’s answers.
All this has led to a successful implementation where both parties got decisions made very quickly and initial testing was done immediately. The project was completed within the set time frame, leaving both Mole Valley Farmers and Adifo with a strong confidence in each other.
