Per item kunnen omschrijvingen in verschillende talen aangemaakt worden in de BESTMIX database. Enkele voorbeelden zijn de omschrijvingen van nutriënten, ingrediënten, samenstellingen, ... Deze module is vooral handig indien men gebruikers heeft die in verschillende talen werken of wanneer men rapporten of labels wil aanmaken in andere talen. Dankzij deze module kunnen gebruikers met beheerrechten alle data ivm talen beheren in een aparte applicatie zodat ze dat niet één-voor-één moeten doen binnen BESTMIX. Wanneer op de tabel aan de linkerzijde geklikt wordt kunnen gebruikers aan de rechterzijde de vertalingen van de verschillende talen ingeven. Het is ook mogelijk om de data eerst te exporteren (bijvoorbeeld naar MS Excel), deze te vertalen, en vervolgens opnieuw te importeren.
