Sales Manager - US
Adifo is seeking a direct hire for a Sales Manager US. As the United States Sales Manager, you will be responsible for efficient prospecting and sales of software related services. You will also develop a sales plan to ensure commercial development and growth within your own specific territory (in consultation with the Sales Director).
Other job responsibilities
- Work out the specifics of the sales plan in consultation with your colleagues from Marketing and Consultancy.
- Communicate with the team and other interested parties to achieve specific targets and KPI’s.
- Maintenance of established customer relations.
- Work according to Adifo’s values and procedures.
Your profile as Sales Manager - US
- You have a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in international B2B sales, preferably in a feed or trading sector-related activity.
- You have the ability to hunt for new opportunities and the ability to build long-term relationships
- You can read, write and speak English (native language) and possess a good knowledge of any other language (preferably Spanish).
- The ability to travel, either by car or by commercial plane, including overnight stays, as business dictates. Must, at all times, possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record.
- Good communication skills, oral and written, to be used within all levels of the company as well as externally.
- Knowledge and respect of local customs (meaning you can work within an international work environment).
- You have great commercial skills, such as negotiation and presentation skills, networking, reliability, perseverance and flexibility.
- You have an interest in applied IT in the feed and food industries.
