Experienced Business Consultant / Project Manager MS Dynamics - MILAS
We are looking to expand our MS Dynamics team with a strong profile such as a Senior Business Consultant, a Project Manager or a combination of both. Either way, for this position you will be thé point of contact regarding the implementation of one or more projects.
The function of Business Consultant/Project Manager MS Dynamics - MILAS
- You are the link between Adifo and the customer. You analyse the wishes and needs of the customer and translate them into standard MILAS AX solutions.
- You implement the solution with the customer and co-ordinate the activities of your project team.
- You oversee the scope of the implementation, you set priorities, you have the necessary risk-management skills, you pay attention to change management with the customer, and you can handle a multi-project environment.
- Moreover, you also take care of the necessary internal and external communication and knowledge transfer before, during and after the implementation.
- In consultation with the product owner MILAS, you contribute to the roadmap of our vertical ERP solution.
- You give commercial support in pre-sales when necessary (e.g. by giving demo's).
- Your ultimate goal is to have a profitable implementation, one where the customer experiences the added-value of our application and our specialised knowledge.
Your profile
- You have a master’s degree or equivalent by experience.
- You are a conceptual thinker and a good organiser.
- Knowledge of MS Dynamics AX is an advantage.
- You are a good communicator in Dutch and English (an extra language is a plus); you can align the different parties involved in an efficient way. If needed, you are comfortable communicating difficult messages and/or negotiating necessary solutions.
- You have people-management skills and are able to manage and motivate a team.
- You are willing to stay abroad for shorter periods.
- You strive for quality and results.
