Many companies maintain a strict policy towards the periodic renewal of passwords. To make this policy easier to enforce BESTMIX Feed formulation and BESTMIX Recipe management allows authentication via Windows.
How to enable this functionality?
Users with administrator rights can use the following steps to enable Windows authentication:
- Go to the management application
- Go to administrative tools
- Administrative options: select the option "Use Windows authentication"
From this point on you will no longer need to manage passwords from within BESTMIX.
Important: The BESTMIX username should be the same as the username in the Active Directory.
