Whenever a BESTMIX Formulation as a Service user is temporarily unable to follow up on his customers (because of vacation, pregnancy, sick leave, ...) it's common practice for colleagues to take over a number of his/her responsibilities. To make sure your company's customers get the same high level of service, FaaS allows users to temporarily share companies they're responsible for. How can you share a company in BESTMIX Formulation as a Service?

Select the company and click on the share button in the ribbon.

You will see 2 options:

1. Share with user list

Via this method, you can share companies with other users, by simply selecting them from the list of users.

2. Share with user email

In some cases a FaaS administrator prefers not to show a full list of users. For these cases there is also a second method available to share a company between users. After clicking on the share button in the ribbon the user is asked to enter the e-mail address. If the e-mail is known in FaaS, the company is shared. If not, the user will get the message below and gets the opportunity to enter another e-mail address.
