Old product versions can cause an overkill of information in the BESTMIX Feed Formulation list of products. Instead of deleting these old products, you have the possibility to archive them. Once archived, you still have the option to undo this. All linked Labels and product communications are also archived.

There are two ways you can product archive in BESTMIX Feed formulations:

1. In the product section

You can drag and drop the old product versions to the ‘Archive’ tab. You can use ‘Ctrl’ or ‘Shift’ to select multiple products. To remove products from the archive, simply drag and drop the products in the ‘General’ tab. Note: Active products can’t be archived

2. With ‘Management of Products’

Go to tools, ‘Management of Products’. In the first step you select the products you want to archive. In the ‘Selection Products’ step you have the option to choose the product versions linked to the selected products. After selecting ‘Archive products’ in the action step you are ready to finish the wizard.
