Automating analyses BESTMIX quality control

To improve efficiency when creating a new sample BESTMIX Quality Control can automatically schedule a number of different analyses. Using the analysis schedule functionality users determine which analyses should be carried out for any sample meeting the schedule conditions.

From the screenshot below, it is clear these conditions can be set up in a flexible way. In this example, salmonella is analysed for corn every 3 months:

To limit the number of schedules, users access a “multi frequency” option:

For this case, the selected analyses may have different frequencies based on the number of samples. The starting point can also be set per analysis.

In the example below, the schedule will:

  • Add the NIR package for all samples
  • Add the salmonella test every 50 samples, starting from the first one (no skip)
  • Add the Test 01 every 6 samples, starting from the first sample (no skip)
  • Add the Test 02 every 6 samples, starting from the fourth sample (skip 3)
