Last November, Microsoft released its cloud-based version of Dynamics 365 for Operations (D365FO). To complete the launch of this new platform, Microsoft will release the on-premise version on July 1, 2017.
Naturally the launch of this new version also has an effect on our specialised MILAS ERP solution.
MILAS in Dynamics 365 for Operations
As a provider of strategic software tools for nutrition industries we are dedicated to staying ahead of the latest trends both in software development and in the industries we work with.
A couple of months ago we already announced we were working on modules for Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations. Today we can announce that the already familiar MILAS AX specialised modules will be available in Dynamics 365 for Operations:
- Advanced Sales Pricing – available now
- Recipe and label management – available now
- Item coverage monitoring – Q3 2017
- Landed costs – Q3 2017
Next to these modules, the full MILAS solution will also be available in Dynamics 365 for Operations. Information on the progress of the conversion will be shared at regular times in our monthly newsletter.

MILAS AX still going strong
In accordance with Microsoft’s Dynamics Roadmap we will continue to sell and support MILAS AX to existing Dynamics AX users and customers. So, if you are currently using Dynamics AX you can still buy and implement the MILAS AX specialised modules.
Existing customers have no need for concern and can continue to expect support on Dynamics AX and MILAS AX until at least Q3 2023 (as previously announced by Microsoft as well). If you would be interested in moving to Dynamics 365 for Operations , this is possible at reduced rates. Contact our sales department for further info and prices.
