Adifo Software is constantly striving to improve the overall experience of our users. To offer a truly integrated solution we have decided to introduce a single sign-on for our applications and supporting services.
This single sign-on makes it easier for users to use and switch between our different applications and services. It also improves security by allowing administrators to efficiently maintain their organisation’s password renewal policy. All this helps us to offer an integrated solution and improved Adifo user experience.
How does it work?
Starting Monday morning March 20th, users logging into our customer portal will no longer be presented with the familiar login screen. Instead they will be presented with the new login screen that will also be used for the different Adifo applications and supporting services.
To login via the new solution customer portal users first need to sign up for the service by using their old customer portal username. BESTMIX Formulation as a Service users can simply log in by using their existing username.
For example: If you used user@adifo.com to login to the customer portal you should select sign up and then register using user@adifo.com.
ATTENTION: If you use a different username to register on the new sign in service you will no longer have access to previously created tickets or other historical information.
What’s the timeline?
We will slowly roll out the new sign in service for a variety of applications. To access historical data and user settings you should ALWAYS register with your existing username.
