From 28 June on, Adifo is part of the Info Support International Group. This group had already held a minority stake in the company since 2009.

Adifo’s passion and enthusiasm, which express themselves in turnover growth, strengthening of the market position, further internationalisation in Asia and the USA and major investments in the product portfolio for the future, prompted Info Support Group to acquire 100 percent of the shares in Adifo. With the accession of Adifo on 28 June 2017, Info Support is underscoring its growth ambitions in delivering cloud-based solutions in the agrifood sector.
